Pamela holds a university degree in accounting from UQAM. She worked many years in the family business where she developed a multitude of skills in management and finance. She is passionate about negotiation and sales and loves real estate!

From the very beginning of her career Pamela surrounded herself with important real estate developers. She worked with them to sell their various condominiums before construction even began. She participated in the sales of some well-known downtown Montreal condo towers with at least 6 new developments counting over 975 condominiums.

Taking advantage of her knowledge, she acquired several buildings as an investor over the years. She was named Treasurer of the administration committee of one of their condominium syndicate in 2018, which allow her to perfectly master the workings of building management and to continually keep up to date with the new laws and regulations.

The market changes from year to year and Pamela makes it her duty to stay on top of the evolutions to offer an outstanding service. She benefits of some training sessions and coaching every week and she has many tools to perfect her knowledge. Disciplined, she constantly adjusts to the market in order to better guide her clients.
